Project: Develop and design comprehensive wayfinding and signage system guidelines for the bikeways and pathways in the City of Davis. Determine the main access routes, orientation hubs, visitor and resident needs. The system should respond to the environment, architecture and regional characteristics, and be expressed through a vocabulary of consistent sign types that include orientation, information, directional and code related messages. This project informed the Davis Pathfinder project which is currently installed on the cities 100 miles of bikeways and pathways.
